At Anvil Interactive Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and digital solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for services provided by our company.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, software development, consulting, and custom project work, all payments made to Anvil Interactive Solutions are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Deposits & Advance Payments
Project deposits and upfront payments are used to:
Reserve development time
Begin research and planning
Allocate resources
Start design and development work
For this reason:
Deposits are non-refundable after project initiation
Initial consultation or setup fees are non-refundable
3. Eligibility for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may only be considered if:
The project has not yet started
The cancellation request is made early in the development process
No substantial work has been completed
Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project
Any approved refund amount will be calculated based on:
Work already completed
Hours spent
Resources allocated
Third-party expenses incurred
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Completed website or software development work
UI/UX design services already delivered
Digital products or downloadable materials
Domain registration fees
Hosting fees
Third-party software or API purchases
Maintenance and support subscriptions already billed
Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing materials
5. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project at any time by contacting:

Upon cancellation:
All outstanding invoices remain payable for completed work
Access to unfinished project files may be restricted until payments are settled
Ownership transfer of completed work occurs only after full payment
6. Revisions & Issue Resolution
Before considering refunds, Anvil Interactive Solutions will make reasonable efforts to:
Fix technical issues
Address development errors
Provide revisions within the agreed project scope
Resolve misunderstandings regarding deliverables
We believe in collaboration first… because debugging human expectations is sometimes harder than debugging code. 💻🙂
7. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services including:
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
Cloud platforms
Domain registrars
External APIs or plugins
Refund requests for such services must be handled directly with the third-party provider.
8. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Anvil Interactive Solutions to attempt resolution.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Service suspension
Legal recovery actions
Permanent refusal of future services
9. Policy Updates
Anvil Interactive Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website.
